libsoupcutter0 software package provides Cutter libsoup support (Shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsoupcutter0
libsoupcutter0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsoupcutter0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsoupcutter0 *
You will get with libsoupcutter0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
